Do I need an account?
No. Your bookings are linked to this browser automatically. Visit My Bookings any time on the same device. If you clear cookies you'll lose the automatic link â keep your booking reference (PHK-XXXXXX) safe.
How do I pay?
By card at checkout. Card details are entered in secure fields hosted by Cybersource â this website never sees your card number or CVV. You can also save a card for faster checkout next time.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Cybersource, a Visa solution, with 3-D Secure bank verification available. This is a demonstration environment running against the Cybersource sandbox â no real money moves.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Each tour lists its own cancellation policy. Cancel or request a refund from My Bookings. Authorization-only bookings are released; captured payments are refunded to the original card.
What is the Demo Console?
A tool for Cybersource sales engineering. It lets you choose which payment capability the next checkout demonstrates â Unified Checkout, REST API, 3-D Secure, tokenization, delayed capture â and shows the sanitized request/response timeline behind each transaction.
Hotel pickup
Most tours include complimentary pickup from the main beach areas. Add your hotel at checkout; we confirm exact pickup times on your voucher.
